St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a Palliative Care physician to join their practice in Orange, California This role involves providing exceptional patient and family care within an outpatient setting, focusing on goals of care, advanced care planning, symptoms management, safety net planning and end of life care and referrals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the Palliative Care specialty, ensuring comprehensive support for patients. The team is highly collaborative, close-knit, and dedicated to providing compassionate care. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
