Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and shipping industry, is seeking a Pallet & Crate Builder to join their team. As a Pallet & Crate Builder, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting shipping and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pallet & Crate Builder

Location: Ewing, NJ

Pay Range: $21-$22 per hour

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

Build custom wooden pallets and crates according to work instructions, drawings, or customer specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and fasten lumber using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment Ensure crates and pallets meet shipping, weight, and protection requirements Inspect materials and finished crates for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience building pallets, crates, or general woodworking preferred (training available for the right candidate) Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Familiarity with hand, power tools, Circular Line Saws, and Table saws Strong attention to detail and workmanship
