Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution. What You’ll Do as a Pallet Builder:Inspect incoming pallets for damage, defects, and repair needsUse hand and power tools (hammer, crowbar, nail gun, etc.) to repair and rebuild palletsReplace broken boards, reinforce weak spots, and get pallets back to top qualityEnsure all repaired pallets meet safety and customer standardsMaintain production targets while keeping quality highComplete daily piecework or production paperworkKeep your work area clean and organizedFollow all safety procedures and use required PPE

Skills and Experience What You Will Bring as a Preferred Candidate:Experience using hand tools (hammer, crowbar, pry bar) and power tools (nail gun, saw, pneumatic tools)Background in warehouse, construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or pallet repairStrong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or damageAbility to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environmentA safety-first mindset and familiarity with PPEGood time management and the ability to stay productive with minimal supervisionStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to show up every day ready to workAbility to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)A positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions and be a team playerAbility to complete basic paperwork, production sheets, or piecework logWe don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
