**Job Title: Pallet Builder** **Job Description** We are currently looking for a skilled pallet builder to join our growing company. We are ideally looking for candidates with 2+ years of carpentry experience that can build skids and pallets out of 2x4s with no blueprints. If you also have shipping and receiving experience that is a plus but if not we will train you on that end. This role is a 6 month contract to hire and will start at a pay rate of $20 - $24 an hour in Randolph, MA. **Responsibilities** + Build heavy-duty skids and crates to ship out packaging machinery weighing 5000+ lbs and measuring 30+ ft long. + Receive all outside purchase/fabricated parts. + Label and coordinate with the project management team all inbound cartons/products for machine testing. + Debur, buff, and tumble fabricated parts going to outside finish. **Essential Skills** + Strong carpentry skills. + Experience with assembly and using hand tools. + Ability to handle general labor tasks. + Proficiency in material handling and using a tape measure. + Mechanically inclined with experience in palletizing and power tool usage. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in building skids and crates. + Ability to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks across the company. **Why Work Here?** You will enjoy working in a great atmosphere with friendly co-workers in a location south of Boston.
