**Job Title: Pallet Construction and Assembly Worker** **Job Description** Join our team to help with the construction and assembly of wooden pallets in a dynamic and engaging environment. **Responsibilities** + Stack wood for pallet construction. + Load wood into machinery. + Stack parts and assemble all components to build pallets. **Essential Skills** + Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day. + Capability to lift up to 75 pounds. + Experience in manufacturing or construction. + Proficiency in using hand and air tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in building, carpentry, and assembly. + Familiarity with measurements and labor tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a friendly and fun culture where hard work is balanced with a good time. The dress code includes shorts or long work pants, steel toe boots, and provided safety equipment such as safety glasses, ear plugs, and gloves. The work hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with the first day starting at 7 am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Oxford, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
