Job Title: Painting Finisher 1st Shift $20-$25/hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Finisher to join our team in Cleves, OH. This position is a 3-month contract-to-hire role, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to high-quality product finishing. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and finishing wood products with precision and care.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare products for spraying by ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for finishing.Apply clear lacquer to wood surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even coating.Identify and rectify any defects in the finished products.Rack material after spraying to allow for proper drying and curing.Carry racks in and out of the spray booth, ensuring safe handling and organization.Lift and transport materials up to 60 lbs as needed.Place wood in designated areas for proper housing and storage.Essential SkillsProficient in sanding, finishing, and grinding techniques.Experience with hand tools and polishing techniques.Knowledge of metal finishing and industrial painting.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Carpentry skills and experience in woodwork.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
