**Job Title: Painters Helper : $20 to $23 per hour : St. Paul, MN** **Job Description** As a Painters Helper, you will be responsible for managing paint material inventory, interpreting paint specifications, and maintaining painting and personal protection equipment. You will also use sandblasting techniques and handle related equipment and inventory, ensuring proper disposal of waste products. Additionally, you will prepare products for name plate applications and secure them for shipment. **Responsibilities** + Inventory paint material supply. + Read paint specifications for application. + Maintain painting equipment and personal protection equipment. + Utilize sandblasting techniques and manage inventory and equipment for sandblasting. + Follow proper disposal procedures for waste products. + Prepare products for name plate application and secure products for shipment. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of paint experience in a non-residential or non-commercial setting. + Experience in mixing paints. + Ability to read and write effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Skills in production, painting, general labor, paint prep, industrial painting, sanding, liquid spray painting, and paint mixing. **Why Work Here?** You will have the opportunity to receive a 4% raise each year, with additional raises based on performance. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
