Painter/Blaster – Wind Turbine Manufacturing Plant

Location: Casper, Wyoming

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 2-3-2 rotating schedule

Day: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PMNight: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AMAbout the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Painter/Blaster to join our production team! In this role, you’ll operate blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces, and apply coatings or paint to parts and products. Your work ensures every component meets the highest standards for durability and finish in the renewable energy industry.

What You’ll DoOperate blasting equipment to remove rust, paint, scale, and contaminantsPrepare surfaces for painting or coating by achieving required finish and cleanlinessApply paint or coatings using spray guns and other approved toolsSet up and adjust abrasive blasting machines for optimal performancePerform routine maintenance and cleaning of blasting and painting equipmentInspect surfaces for quality and report any inconsistenciesFollow strict safety protocols and wear PPE (respirators, face shields, gloves, protective suits)Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper ventilationWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in industrial blasting and painting or similar manufacturing roleKnowledge of blasting techniques, painting processes, and equipment operationAbility to read technical specifications and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyPreferred SkillsExperience with industrial painting, spray guns, paint booths, and sandblastingSkills in prepping, powder coating, and using paint sprayersWhy Join Us?Be part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamworkOpportunities for professional growth and developmentWork on projects that make a real impact in renewable energy

Work Environment: Large wind turbine manufacturing plant with moderate noise levels. Occasional exposure to chemicals—strict safety protocols and PPE provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
