Available Shifts:
1st shift 6am-2:30pm; OT required as needed
Monday - Friday

Pay Rate:
$21.40 /hr.

Job Description: ... We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Painter/Sandblaster. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and finishing parts, components, or equipment using industrial painting and sandblasting techniques.

Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after roughly 90 days worked.

Requirements:

Sandblast parts to remove rust, scale, and old paint Apply primer, paint, or coatings using spray guns or other tools Inspect work for quality and consistency Maintain equipment and a clean work area Follow safety procedures and production schedules

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time Strong attention to detail and safety-minded attitude Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop environment

*Previous experience in painting, coating, or sandblasting preferred*
