About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial / Powder Coat Painter to join our production team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and appearance. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and blastingSet up and operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, and curing ovensMix, match, and apply coatings according to specificationsInspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and adherence to standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaPerform routine equipment maintenance and report issues promptlyFollow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

Previous industrial painting or powder coating experience requiredStrong understanding of surface prep, coating thickness, and curing processesAbility to read work orders, follow instructions, and meet production deadlinesComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feetAttention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
