Location: Multiple Sites – Nassau & Suffolk County, Long Island (Travel is reimbursed)
Schedule: 4 Days per Week | 6 Hours per Day | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a reliable and experienced Painter / Patcher to support maintenance and upkeep across multiple sites in Nassau and Suffolk County. This part-time evening role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and attention to detail.

Schedule Details

Part-Time

4 days per week

6 hours per shift

4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Monday–Friday availability

Evening schedule designed to avoid disruption to daily operations

Key Responsibilities

Perform interior painting, patching, and surface preparation

Repair holes, cracks, and wall damage (spackle, sanding, priming)

Touch-up painting and full-room repainting as needed

Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Travel between multiple Long Island sites as assigned

Communicate job status and completion to facilities leadership

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License (required)

Prior experience in painting and patching

Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Professional demeanor and reliability

Compensation

$25 per hour
