Responsibilities:
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and mask parts to ensure proper adhesion and a flawless finish.
Paint Application: Use spray guns (HVLP or electrostatic) to apply primers, basecoats, and clearcoats to plastic, vinyl, or composite substrates.
Color Matching: Mix and thin paints according to technical data sheets to ensure consistent color and gloss levels across different production batches.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for defects such as runs, sags, orange peel, or dust contamination. Perform "touch-ups" where necessary.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
