Our client is seeking a **3rd shift Painter** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attendance records, ability to learn on the job, and willingness to work as a team which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: 3rd Shift Painter** **Location: Wichita, KS** **Pay Range: $25.22/hr** **Shift: 3rd Shift 10pm - 6:30am** **What’s the Job?** + Apply paint to parts and assemblies to meet required quality and finish specifications + Maintain equipment in a touch-up booth and decide the proper method and degree of rework needed to provide satisfactory finished units, parts, and assemblies. + Perform coating repairs, through the use of hand tools and techniques and perform accepted touch-up painting application procedures. + Apply top coat paints on parts previously painted while still in the wet coating stage -- without flaws. + Responsible for helping to maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with company requirements **What’s Needed?** + 2+ years of experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment + 1+ years of experience operating painting equipment and/or working on paint line + Proven ability at proper touch-up techniques + High School Diploma or GED **What’s in it for me?** + Weekly pay + Getting your foot in the door of a growing company + Temp to hire + Benefits available If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
