Painter - Foreman
We are currently looking to hire full-time painters to our team. We work year round on various commercial projects such as apartments, retail projects, restaurants, schools, and more in the Greater Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin area. We work year round doing interior and exteriors in the warm weather months, and just interiors in the winters. We are open to hiring painters of all levels but currently are in the need of hiring painters with spraying experience. **Those interested must have the following:** + At minimum of 1-3 years of professional painting experience with rolling, brushing, and spraying + Demonstrated experience using spray guns to complete commercial/residential projects + Hand tools such as rollers, brushes, drop cloths, and additional smaller hand tools + Awareness and Pride in workmanship and skillset + Good communication skills, reliability, accountability, and the desire to work hard and grow + Reliable transportation to work daily **Why Work Here?** Join a team where you will have the opportunity to work on diverse industrial and commercial painting projects. The dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, or painter whites. The core work hours are day shifts from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with some flexibility and occasional Saturday work as needed. You will be held to project deadlines to ensure timely completion. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
