**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team specializing in the manufacturing of pre-manufactured modular homes for multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality developments. These modular homes are crafted within a production manufacturing environment and transported to construction sites for assembly. We are seeking an experienced Painter with experience in residential or commercial new construction, based in Albertville.
**Responsibilities**
+ Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
+ Paint interior walls and other surfaces.
+ Perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas.
+ Mask, prepare, and protect surfaces.
+ Apply paint with speed and precision.
+ Install kitchen and bath cabinets, cabinet doors, and countertops.
+ Utilize various hand and power tools.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience in skilled painting work on commercial or residential new builds.
+ Experience as a Lead or Foreman.
+ Proficiency in paint preparation, brushes, rollers, sprayers, and finishing.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively, lead, and be a team player.
+ Strong interpersonal communication skills for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of construction, commercial construction, and residential construction.
+ Journeyman Painter with 5-10+ years of experience.
+ Understanding of commercial multi-family projects.

**Work Environment**
Work is conducted on-site in a state-of-the-art 180,000 square foot facility equipped with AC/Heat and brand new machinery. Shifts are Monday to Thursday, from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with an optional Friday. A second shift is available from 4:00 pm to 2:00 am, offering a $2/hr pay differential. The focus is on multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality development sectors.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
