We are seeking a skilled industrial painter to join our team. The primary responsibility will be painting large sheets of shell plate, utilizing an airless spray gun to apply a three-coat system. The role involves preparation and masking of products, calculating the millage of paint applied, and operating an overhead crane to move spray racks in and out of paint and grit booths. Additionally, the position includes some blasting duties, which comprise 10-20% of the job.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a large, non-climate-controlled shop with heavy materials. The day shift hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working on the 2nd shift for a few months each year.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
