**Job Title: Industrial Painter** Job Description + We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Industrial Painter (Wet Spray) to apply coatings to metal and other industrial surfaces using wet spray techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation, mixing and applying paint, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities + Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, and other necessary techniques. + Mix paint according to specifications and requirements. + Utilize dry fall ceiling paint for ceiling projects and perform wet spray painting for building columns. + Operate and maintain spray guns and other painting equipment. + Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. + Train other team members as needed to enhance department capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in auto body painting is a plus. + Ability to train and mentor others. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of occasional weekend shifts. Job Type & Location This position is in Randolph, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
