**Job Title: Industrial Painter** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Painter where you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality painted materials are completed on time. This position requires proficiency in operating spray guns and maintaining paint booths, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. **Responsibilities** + Pour paint into spray containers and connect guns to air hoses. + Adjust sprayer valves and nozzles to regulate the width and pressure of the spray. + Mix paint products as required to meet project specifications. + Clean spraying equipment and brushes with solvent. + Maintain the paint booth and perform general housekeeping duties. + Complete quality painted material on time and record time and labor. + Perform necessary computer tasks related to job documentation and order processing. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience prepping and painting with a sprayer. + High-Pressure Low Volume (HVLP) experience. + Proficiency in powder coating, prepping, sandblasting, and industrial paint application. + Experience with spray painting techniques. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Skilled with hand tools and power tools. + Experience in documenting jobs and orders. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
