**Job Title: Painter – Local & Traveling Laborers** Location: Milwaukee, WI (Housing Provided) Compensation:$50 Daily Per Diem + Overtime Pay Schedule:6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 7 Days a Week (84 Hours/Week) Project Type: Short-Term Assignment **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Painters to support interior painting projects in school facilities. This is a fast-paced, short-term opportunity ideal for professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** + Remove old paint using scrapers and putty knives. + Prepare surfaces by caulking cracks, filling holes, and smoothing imperfections. + Protect adjacent surfaces with tarps, drop cloths, and painter’s tape. + Apply paint using brushes and rollers with precision and consistency. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Meet project deadlines while upholding quality standards. **Required Skills & Experience** + Proficiency in brushing, rolling, and cutting-in techniques. + Experience with surface prep, sanding, and caulking. + Familiarity with spray guns, airless sprayers, and HVLP equipment. + Prior experience in residential, commercial, or institutional painting. **Additional Requirements** + Must provide your own tools: brushes, rollers, extension poles, putty knives, scrapers, and caulk guns. **Why Join Us?** + Per Diem:$50/day for those living 75+ miles from Milwaukee. + Housing: Shared hotel accommodations provided. + Earnings:40 hours of overtime weekly = significant income potential. + Team Environment: Work alongside skilled professionals on a meaningful project. **Apply Today!** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
