Job Title: Paint Technician
Job Description

A manufacturer in Indianapolis is searching for a skilled Paint Technician to join their team on the 1st shift. The role requires expertise in industrial painting processes and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finished products.

ResponsibilitiesRead and comprehend basic work instructions.Mix paint compounds according to work instructions.Rack parts in preparation for painting processes.Perform basic spraying techniques to ensure parts are entirely covered.Use ovens and other drying techniques, including setting curing temperatures.Remove parts from racks after the paint process is complete.Visually inspect finished products for defects in wet processing.Clean painting equipment after use.Essential SkillsProficiency in using spray guns and paint booths.Experience with industrial painting techniques.Ability to perform paint preparation and application.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position operates on the 1st shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. The work environment involves handling industrial painting equipment and adhering to safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
