This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $28/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Painter eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Set up spray systems + Adjust gun nozzle size, pressure and flow rate for optimal coating + Rebuild, repair, and test 2-ball check pumps, performing inspections and pressure tests + Mix chemicals following proper ratios to ensure quality coating + Operate spray pumps, ensuring steady flow and proper surface inspection + Apply coatings with even coverage, maintaining quality control + Clean and maintain spray equipment after each use **Requirements** + Ability to read and interpret safety data sheets and chemical labels + Minimum of 2+ years of experience with spray equipment and pump systems + Ability to rebuild and maintain 2-ball check pumps and spray systems + Strong knowledge of spray pumps, pressure calibration, and troubleshooting + Experience handling chemicals safely, with a clear understanding of safety protocols **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
