Job Description

This is a 2nd shift Automation Technician position working from 2:30 PM to 10:50 PM. The role involves working on the Flag Ship line, specifically focusing on editing and programming ABB Robots. The work environment includes a programming room equipped with one laptop and six ABB robots. The task involves spraying parts for automotive companies such as Honda, Ford, GM, Acura, and Chrysler.

Edit existing programs on ABB Robots.Collaborate with the main Automation Tech for program modifications.Use ABB software to manipulate quadratic functions.Perform preventative maintenance tasks including greasing bearings and cleaning robots weekly.Follow production scheduling requirements.5 years of experience editing existing programs on ABB Robots.5 years of experience with ABB software.3 years of experience following production scheduling.

ABB Training.Ability to program ABB robots from scratch.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.

Full Company Benefits Effective Day 1 proceeding start Month. If employees start in January, eligible for benefits Feb 1.
