Paint Shop Supervisor
Job Title: SupervisorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead and train team members in the paint and loading departments. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all project deadlines and quality standards are met, while maintaining compliance with safety protocols.

ResponsibilitiesLead and train team members in the paint and loading departments.Oversee daily operations to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and specifications.Perform QA/QC checks and maintain accurate documentation.Coordinate shipping and loading activities with internal teams.Support corrective action and performance management processes.
Essential SkillsExperience in painting, paint prep, and spray gun operations.Knowledge of industrial painting and paint shop operations.Experience with shipping, loading, unloading, and supervision.Familiarity with paint booth operations and industrial environments.Experience in blasting and sandblasting.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a paint shop as a supervisor or lead.Ability to operate an overhead crane.Experience in blasting and painting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
