**Job Title: Prep Laborer, $21-22** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Prep Laborer, where you will be an integral part of our production process, preparing materials for painting. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills that could lead to a future position as an industrial painter. **Responsibilities** + Grind down welds and prepare them for painting. + Sand and grind sheet metal, then wash it off. + Rack parts to be placed on the paint line. + Ensure meticulous preparation of metal for painting. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in paint line prepping or racking. + Proficiency in sanding, prepping, racking, and grinding. + Ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly. + Good attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with using a respirator, with a fitting test required. + Comfort with working in environments with dust and paint. + Ability to work standing all day. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with an initial signing bonus and competitive benefits.
