**General Laborer** **M-Th - $20-22/hr** **1st 5am-3:30pm/ 2nd shift 3:30-2am** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Paint Prep Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing metal parts for painting by lifting, loading, and inspecting components, ensuring all pre-paint steps are completed accurately. **Responsibilities** + Lift and load parts onto the paint line and unload them after processing. + Visually inspect metal parts for previous damage and ensure paperwork is complete. + Clean, mask, plug, and fixture components before paint and powder coat application. + Collaborate with team members to properly prep parts. + Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized. + Operate batch ovens according to work order specifications. + Inspect parts after coating completion. + Unmask, unplug, and package components as required. + Complete all relevant paperwork accurately. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience in racking or general labor. + Ability to lift 30-50 lbs consistently. + Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment. + Willingness to work overtime, including Fridays and occasionally Saturdays. + Strong work ethic and positive attitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Stable work history with a consistent employment record. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and voluntary life insurance. The work involves physical activity due to the size of the parts. We operate two shifts: 1st shift from 5am-3:30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 2nd shift from 3:30pm-2:00am (Monday to Thursday). Employees should be prepared to work overtime on Fridays and occasionally on Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
