Hiring for General Labor/Painter Helper in Ramsey, MN Pay $19-22/hr

Role Summary:

Support painting operations by unloading materials, organizing parts, inspecting for defects, and maintaining a clean work area. Operate hoists, manage paperwork, and assist with product assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

Unload and organize parts from conveyor linesInspect and send flawed parts for repaintingMaintain paint area and handle documentationOperate hoists and perform quality checksAssemble products and memorize pallet patternsSecure large parts with straps

Requirements:

Experience as a laborer or paint line helper preferredAble to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasksManufacturing experience (6+ months) is a plus

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, physical setting with bending, twisting, and liftingFacility may be hot and dirty; amenities like Gatorade and Freezee’s providedMust keep pace with conveyor belt

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
