**Job Title: Powder Coating Technician** **Pay: $19-21.25/hour** **Shift: 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday-Thursday** **Job Description** The Powder Coating Technician will rotate between paint line loading, paint line unloading, and powder coating. This role involves spraying powder coat paint onto metal parts and conducting quality inspections to ensure smooth application. **Responsibilities** + Rotate between loading and unloading the paint line. + Spray powder coat paint onto metal parts. + Conduct quality inspections to ensure paint is applied smoothly. + Rack parts appropriately for painting processes. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months experience with painting, ideally powder coating. + Ability to lift 50 pounds for racking metal parts. + Strong attention to detail for inspecting painted parts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in industrial painting or construction is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers tuition reimbursement and upward mobility with potential promotions to lead or supervisor roles. It is fast-paced and somewhat physical, requiring self-motivation. There is no temperature control, so it can get hot during the summer months. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
