We are looking for an experiencedPaid Search (PPC) Managerto take ownership of our paid search strategy and drive significant, measurable growth. This senior role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience scaling high-budget campaigns, leading strategic initiatives, and mentoring team members. You will oversee the full lifecycle of our paid search programs from strategy and execution to optimization and performance analysis to ensure strong business impact.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and additional paid media platforms.
+ Build and implement advanced PPC strategies designed to meet aggressive growth targets and strengthen overall performance.
+ Analyze campaign data at a deep level, translating insights into smart, data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.
+ Oversee PPC budgets, forecasting, pacing, and bid management to ensure spend efficiency and performance alignment.
+ Mentor, train, and support junior PPC specialists while influencing broader marketing decisions related to search strategy.
+ Partner closely with content, design, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and execution.
+ Conduct detailed performance reviews and prepare executive-ready reports and insights for leadership.
+ Manage landing page optimization, experimentation, and creative testing to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
+ Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, platform updates, and innovative advertising opportunities.
+ Identify and evaluate new channels, automation tools, and scalable testing strategies to enhance overall performance.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 5+ years of direct experience managing paid search campaigns, demonstrating strong ROI and scalable growth.
+ Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, analytics platforms, and advanced reporting tools.
+ Proven leadership and mentoring ability, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
+ Deep expertise in paid search strategy, audience targeting, funnel optimization, and conversion-focused approaches.
+ Google Ads Certification required; additional certifications are a plus.
+ Exceptional analytical capabilities, communication skills, and project management abilities.
Nice-to-Have
+ Experience managing large-scale budgets.
+ Knowledge of programmatic advertising, display remarketing, and multi-channel paid media strategies.
+ Experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
+ Background in managing international or global search campaigns, including multi-currency reporting.
+ Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
