Paid Media Specialist (maternity cover, based in Warsaw, PL)

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​ 


As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll set customer-centric communication plans across specified paid media channels. You’ll be responsible for driving customer development, profitable sales, and brand growth in selected markets in Region East Europe through locally relevant paid media channels in strong alignment with the global paid media team.   

You will: 

Plan and execute advertising campaigns connected to the strategy, budget, and goals in the market.  Collaborate with the regional strategy and planning team to ensure the plans deliver to the overall regional direction.  Ensure media channel performance and optimization from a sales and customer perspective.  Secure driving customer growth, retention and as well as attract new consumers via local paid media channels.  Collaborate cross-functional with other functions as well as other media roles in the region.    Plan and execute media plans, including budget accuracy.  Work with data to optimize advertising campaigns on a daily, weekly, and quarterly level.  Identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and continually refine and optimize campaigns.  

 

​WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​ 

You’ll work closely with Customer Activation & Marketing teams and Omni Sales Teams to ensure successful campaign implementation, optimization, and performance measurement across various paid media channels.  You’ll collaborate also with PR team (to maximize PR initiatives and partnerships in the region), performance media lead (to drive synergy of brand & performance investment) and content operations team (to secure the right content in the right place at the right time for the customer and provide a feedback loop to the insights unit and global content teams).

Strategic thinking and analytical ability with broad marketing and media skills.  Good understanding of local media landscape and how media agencies operate.  Effective communication skills and willingness to test new strategies.  Extensive experience of working in above areas is preferably.  Experience from setting and managing large media budgets is meriting.  Knowledge and experience from working with key digital channels.  Strong communication in English.  Previous experience in a media agency will be considered an additional asset

This is a maternity cover full-time role, based on a local contract in Warsaw, Poland. The Paid Media Specialist reports directly to the Regional Paid Media Manager.
