As a Transformation Developer - Associate within the Asset Management Operations Strategy & Transformation group in PAG, you will focus on delivering transformation projects that leverage advanced analytics, automation, and data-promoten insights to solve business challenges.

Job Responsibilities 
- Lead and execute projects involving intelligent automation, process optimization, and analytics using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and UiPath. 
- Track and report KPIs, OKRs, and project benefits (cost/value delivered, inventory, license/infrastructure costs) for senior management. 
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and dashboards. 
- Mine automation opportunities across diverse datasets (Manual Process Inventory, BPM/BDM data, JIRA logs, etc.) and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions. 
- Contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a learning mindset and stretch the thinking of the group. 
- Stay current with emerging financial technologies and automation trends. 
- Communicate effectively with project teams and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on status, risks, roadblocks, and outcomes.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.Certifications in relevant technologies (Python, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, SQL, Databases) .Minimum 5 years’ experience in advanced data analysis, automation, and solution development.Proven expertise in Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, Databases, and UiPath Hyperautomation.Strong data visualization and PowerPoint skills, with demonstrated experience.Ability to build relationships and influence decisions across business and technology teams.Experience working with large datasets and driving process improvements.Familiarity with financial technologies and a commitment to ongoing skill development.
