**PACS Multi-Family Business Development Manager – Remote United States**
**What You Will Do:**
**Job Scope**
+ Create and sustain business relationships with owners, developers, and property management service providers serving the multi-family/mixed use and off-campus student housing vertical markets. Create demand and pull through for Allegion’s electronic portfolio along with premium brand hardware.
+ Develop business plans with existing software developers serving the multi-family/mixed use and off-campus student housing vertical markets.
+ Identify and develop new software developer integration relationships with goal to consume Allegion’s ENGAGE HW SDKs enabling developer software management of Allegion ENGAGE hardware.
+ Identify and develop new software developer integration relationships w goal to consume Allegion’s new Yonomi development platform (YP) enabling developer software management of Allegion hardware leveraging the RealSync connected opening.
+ Collaborate with Allegion’s Business Development Manager positioning Allegion’s BLE and NFC Wallet credential portfolio for development and revenue generation in these verticals.
+ Software developer VAR alignment ensuring Allegion business/technology model is included in their go to market plan. Includes discretionary demand generation as well as visibility to Allegion demand generation investment.
+ RSO field sales collaboration executing business plans inclusive of sales strategies/tactics to meet/exceed targeted revenue goals.
+ Collaboration with RSO Electronic and Architectural/Specification Teams ensuring PAC awareness and opportunity to compete for Allegion demand generation in these verticals.
+ Sales leaders, Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support and Marketing engagement critical ensuring support needs are understood and met to protect & defend existing relationships and business along with leveraging same to develop new share and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ LEAD – active vs reactive engagement with RSOs, software developers, building developers, property management service providers and VARs.
+ Develop account plans, strategies and tactical execution plan to achieve objectives included in the plans.
+ Collaborate with existing business development team, identify accounts being supported and develop a new target list of developer and property management companies.
+ Collaborate with software developers, identify strategic VARs and ensure alignment with Schlage hardware portfolio.
+ Position and prioritize Engage hardware and YP for integration and certification. Advise channel customers on product mix applications serving their needs. Suggest new products and adaptations for product and/or system applications.
+ Collaborate with software developers to prep for and execute a go to market plan creating immediate project and revenue opportunities. Includes Marketing and social media focus.
+ Support business partner initiatives to maximize sales results. Coordinate with business partners to create demand, develop/execute strategy, and successfully close orders. Participate in joint sales calls and training, attend local, regional and/or national trade shows as plans dictate
+ Maintain and utilize CRM tool for sales reporting and to communicate sales activities.
+ RSO collaboration - 3Cs - Communicate/Coordinate/Collaborate.
+ Ensure tech partners and VARs are adequately trained with new and existing products.
+ Maintain awareness of all Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance.
**What You Need to Succeed:**
+ SET THE PACE - Energy, Hustle & Enthusiasm
+ Multi-Family vertical experience preferred.
+ PAC software developer experience required.
+ Managed WIFI experience preferred.
+ WIFI CWSS preferred.
+ Door hardware experience required
+ 10+ years sales management experience with clear demonstration of successful growth
+ 5+ years of sales experience in the access control market including high frequency smart credentials
+ Understanding of specification writing (Division 8, 27 & 28)
+ Working knowledge of new construction and aftermarket distribution business models
+ Working knowledge of access control credential solutions
+ Ability to think strategically and problem solve with entrepreneurial commitment to achieving goals
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with local and strategic sales teams and other Allegion functions
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong presentation skills required
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
+ Travel up to 70%

**Compensation:** This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
+ The expected Base Salary Range: $120,000-$190,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
