There are two types of positions available. **Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidates for these roles are individuals with strong communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to actively listen. They should possess problem-solving capabilities, a positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine desire to be part of a team. Maintaining professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction is essential. Experience in food manufacturing, cooking/batching roles, or machine operation is highly desirable. **Compensation:** + Pay:$18.66 per hour + Schedules: Monday to Friday and every other Saturday + Shift Times: 9:00 PM-5:00AM or 10:00pm-6:00am **Job Description:** As a Cooking Operator (Layout, Mixer, Steamer & Shredder Operator), you will: + Rotate through approximately seven positions that prepare or mix ingredients prior to cooking. + Frequently lift and stack ingredients weighing up to 55 lbs. + Operate large mixers, choppers, shredders, and steam cabinets according to product specifications. + Document ingredients using an iPad. **Application Process:** To apply, please submit your resume and application and then text Sandra at 360-671-1977 to start the hiring process.
