**Job Description**

**Responsibilities**
+ Read work orders and follow written instructions carefully.
+ Pack bottles according to specified work orders.
+ Visually check the quality of shampoo and soap bottles for store brands.
+ Lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
+ Stand for the majority of your shift while maintaining high safety standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and follow work orders and written instructions.
+ Experience in packing, general labor, production, or packaging.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous.
+ Basic computer skills are a plus.

**Work Environment**
The work takes place in a temperature-controlled and organized facility built in Fall 2020, emphasizing safety with PPE requirements including hairnets, steel-toed shoes, and protective eyewear. Employees work on shifts with opportunities for overtime on weekends. The facility spans 90,000 square feet with 15 extrusion lines and 2 labeling lines, focusing on the production of various plastic bottles.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Addison, Illinois.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
