**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** Join our team to pack lip balm and other personal care and pharmaceutical products. This role involves counting the correct amount to be packed, weighing boxes to ensure accuracy, and performing quality checks to verify label correctness, expiration dates, and other details. The work is fast-paced and requires standing for the entire shift. **Responsibilities** + Pack lip balm and other personal care and pharmaceutical products into boxes. + Count and verify the correct number of items to be packed. + Weigh boxes on certain lines to ensure accurate counts. + Perform quality checks to ensure labels are correctly applied and check for any bubbles, expiration date issues, or misprints. + Maintain a fast pace to keep up with the production line. **Essential Skills** + Experience in packing, assembly, or inspection roles. + Ability to label, pack, and inspect products efficiently. + Good counting skills. + Ability to stand for 8 hours. + Conversational English proficiency. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with labeling and quality control is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** We offer a rewarding work environment where you earn one day of vacation for every 400 hours worked, promoting work-life balance and recognition for your dedication. **Work Environment** The work environment is very fast-paced, requiring you to stand for the entire shift. The manufacturing location is also our corporate headquarters. The third shift is smaller and quieter, requiring independent work with minimal supervision. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.19 - $19.26/hr.
