Job Description
We are seeking packer operators to join our team in Windsor, CT. The ideal candidates will support slitting operators by packaging and labeling products effectively. This role involves working closely with production processes, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Support slitting operators by packaging and labeling products.Train on the first shift for up to six months.Ensure accurate labeling and packaging according to customer specifications.Essential Skills
Previous experience in packaging and labeling.Proficiency with computer systems.Strong attention to detail, especially in printing labels.Capability to stand for long periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with general labor and machine operating.Familiarity with using Static Dissipative (SD) safety shoes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a very clean, yet loud production environment. In certain wet areas, employees are expected to wear a hair net and must be clean-shaven. The role involves working during AM or PM shifts from Monday to Thursday, with a 10% differential for PM shifts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
