**Job Description**
The Feeder/Packer in the Gluing Department is responsible for safely feeding and packing unglued and glued products from the gluer machine while maintaining quality standards and meeting target production speeds.
**Responsibilities**
+ Feed and pack product from the gluer machine while maintaining required quality and production speed.
+ Remove blanks from pallets, inspect for quality, and load them into the feed hopper at proper levels.
+ Monitor blanks as they flow through the machine, watching for defects or jams; notify Operator as needed.
+ Maintain an adequate supply of blanks in the hopper to avoid production interruptions.
+ Pack cartons according to job ticket instructions, ensuring correct counts, uniform placement, and proper fit.
+ Communicate quality issues to the Machine Operator or Quality Control.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production, packing, packaging, general labor, visual inspection, and loading.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ year in production preferred.
+ Experience feeding machines is a significant advantage.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
