Job Description
Join our team as a Packer Operator in a dynamic, FDA-regulated clean room environment. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with GMP documentation standards. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment while working in a clean, temperature-controlled facility.
ResponsibilitiesFollow written work instructions and maintain a safe work environment.Properly use required PPE, including uniforms, safety shoes, and safety glasses.Operate scales and manual dispensing equipment.Accurately complete record documentation, logbook entries, and GMP documentation.Perform inspection, labeling, and final packaging of manufactured products.Clean stills and other equipment as necessary.Perform small or light assembly work.Assist lead operators in capping and labeling bottles, packing and labeling cases.Assemble boxes and operate filling machines.Place bottles on the line for automatic filling and ensure they are sealed and packed.Lift and stack filled boxes onto pallets.Handle bottles of cleaning solutions and pack them into boxes for cart transportation.Essential SkillsExperience in packaging, packing, machine operating, and manufacturing.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform general labor tasks.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience is preferred.Experience in handling hazardous goods or working in FDA-regulated environments is a plus.Ability to stand at the workstation for extended periods.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility operates on a 4 on 1st shift schedule, with hours from 6 am to 2:30 pm. Employees work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment with light materials and products. PPE such as lab coats, hair nets, and safety glasses are required, with occasional use of respirators. Employees will be trained with one other team member in the Formulations department.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
