Job Title: Packer Day Shift
Location: York, PA
Pay Range: $18/hr
Shift: Day Shift (6:42 am - 7:00 pm) Rotating Schedule
What's the Job?
Assure the quality of bottles and final packages before shipment to customers. Train new personnel on quality standards and plant quality systems. Perform visual inspections of bottles and packaging for defects and proper assembly. Report and document defective products, ensuring corrective actions are taken. Assist in training and support production activities as needed.What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience, with 6 months in quality preferred. Ability to operate inspection devices such as leak testers, vision systems, and metal detectors. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in computer usage and data entry. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.What's in it for me?
