We help seniors and non-seniors make smooth and stress-free transitions from one living situation to another. JOB DESCRIPTION (including, but not limited to)Sorting, organizing and packing household goods to be moved or soldStaging and preparing homes for saleResearching merchandise to determine fair market valueMoving supplies and packed boxes within client’s homeSafely pack and unpack goodsInteracting with clients, their families, and other coworkersMust be able to stand during shift, sometimes long periods of time, must be able to bend, lift up to 25lbs, hang items at or above 4 feet, and climb stairsMust be able to carry supplies, items and move boxes (under 25lbs) to and from vehiclesWe don’t move furniture and items over 25lbs, that is the responsibility of the moving team
 JOB REQUIREMENTSMust be able to lift up to 25lbsMust have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportationMust be able to stand and work for long periods of timeMust have access to a computer / smart phone /tablet  for scheduling, time-keeping and project management apps
AVAILABILITY AND HOURS
 Please include your availability when applyingWe try to limit the scope of work to the weekdays (Monday through Friday), however, some jobs may require weekend workPart-time hours, every job is different and requires different amount of hours, we cannot guarantee set hours
