Work Environment

This role is within a Contract Manufacturing Medical Device Company experiencing significant growth. The St. Charles location houses 800 employees, with a production floor consisting of 75% industrial sewing machines in a clean GMP environment. Hair nets and beard nets are required, though the facility is not climate-controlled, and may get hot during summer months. Fans are utilized to mitigate heat. The workforce is diverse, with over five to six languages spoken. Candidates who are not fluent in English can succeed with translation technology. Shifts available are 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and 2nd shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with voluntary overtime available.

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm - $16.50/hr2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm - $17.50/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
