Temp-to-Hire position$16.45 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)Operate production and manufacturing equipmentAssemble, inspect, and package products Perform quality checks to meet company standardsLoad and unload materials as needed Maintain a clean and safe work areaFollow safety guidelines and production proceduresMeet daily production goals in a fast-paced environmentWork independently and as part of a teamPacker Qualifications:
Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to follow instructions and work safely.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when needed.Previous manufacturing experience required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
