Job Title: Packer

Job Description

As a packer, you will be the last person to handle the product before it reaches our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our shipments.

Responsibilities

Remove products from the end of the production line.Perform visual quality inspections.Measure products for length, width, and dexterity as needed.Conduct simple data entry into the computer system.Pack boxes with products for shipping.

Essential Skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.Proficiency in reading and writing English.Capability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in food service or other fast-paced environments is preferred.Manufacturing experience is not required.

Work Environment

Our production environment operates on a two-on, two-off, three-on, three-off schedule with 12-hour shifts from 8 am to 8 pm or 8 pm to 8 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Boylston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.20 - $17.85/hr.
