Job Description

This is an entry-level role within the company where you will contribute to the production process by creating and assembling cardboard boxes, packing materials, and stacking products onto pallets. The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Create and assemble cardboard boxes.Pack materials efficiently and securely.Stack products onto pallets in an organized manner.Handle materials and products up to 40 pounds.

Essential Skills

Experience in production and packaging.Proficiency in packing and general labor tasks.Basic data entry skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in picking and packaging is preferred.

Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic environment at the York plant, which employs over 220 full-time staff across three shifts. The plant specializes in producing extended content labels for pharmaceutical and home goods products. Available shifts are 1st from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 3rd from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with paid work for 8 hours including a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
