**Job Title: Packer $20hr** **Job Description** Join our team as a Packer where you will be responsible for daily packing of products, light assembly tasks, and loading boxes. This role involves working on a production line, packing finished goods, catching finished baked goods on trays, performing cleaning duties, labeling packages, operating a tape machine, and palletizing. **Responsibilities** + Pack products daily and perform light assembly tasks. + Load boxes efficiently and safely. + Work on a production line, ensuring the quality of packed goods. + Catch finished baked goods on trays and maintain cleanliness. + Label packages accurately and operate a tape machine. + Palletize goods for shipment. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Willingness to work in a production setting. + Capability to stand for 4 hours at a time. + Ability to follow verbal instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED is a plus. + Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous. + Six months or more of manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Experience the benefits of working in a company that is investing heavily in growth and development. The facility operates on a shift schedule with both day and night shifts available. Dress code includes GMP compliance with steel-toed boots, eye and ear protection, hard hats, and high-visibility neon vests. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harvard, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
