**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** As a Loader/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of packaging processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring packaging equipment, conducting visual quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. **Responsibilities** + Monitor automatic and semi-automatic packaging equipment to ensure proper functionality. + Conduct visual quality inspections for packaging durability and product acceptability. + Clean and prepare trailers for loading. + Load products into trailers or storage areas. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Perform film roll and bag changes as needed. **Essential Skills** + 6 months to 1 year of warehouse or packing experience. + Experience with forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks. + Skills in material handling, assembly, and order picking. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in stocking or loading is preferred. + Ability to handle general labor tasks. + Steel toe shoes are required. + GMP compliance: no jewelry, fake nails, or sleeveless shirts. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing team within a smaller facility, offering a close-knit community feel.
