Job Title: Packer

Job Description

Join our team as a Packer, where you will play a vital role on the production line. You will be responsible for taking products off the line, counting them according to order sheets, and packing them into boxes for shipment to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Report to the supervisor at the beginning of each shift.Be assigned to a production line for the day.Undergo cross-training on different lines during the initial weeks.Apply labels, stack and pack boxes, and manage scrap parts as needed.Fill out work orders based on the day's production run.

Essential Skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, though most products are typically lighter.Proficiency in English for reading and following instructions.Basic counting skills.Familiarity with injection molding and related machinery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in an industrial environment is advantageous.Experience with extrusion or injection molding is a plus.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment where safety glasses are provided and must be worn at all times. The temperature-controlled facility ensures comfort throughout your shift. Enjoy paid breaks, including a 15-minute and a 30-minute break per shift. We offer three shifts: 1st shift from 7am-3pm, 2nd shift from 3pm-11pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm-7am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leominster, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
