**Job Title: Packer** Job Description Join our team as a Packer, where you will be responsible for packing lip balm and other personal care and pharmaceutical products. This role involves counting and packing items into boxes, performing quality checks on labels, and ensuring no bubbles, expiration dates, or misprints are present. It is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to maintain speed without slowing down the production line. Responsibilities + Count and pack the correct amount of products into boxes. + Weigh boxes to ensure correct counts when necessary. + Perform quality checks on labels to ensure accuracy and proper placement. + Verify that there are no bubbles, expiration date errors, or misprints. + Maintain a consistent pace to keep up with the production line. Essential Skills + Packing and production experience. + Ability to perform general labor tasks such as picking, loading, and unloading. + Experience with palletizing, stacking, inspecting, and labeling. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior experience as a packer is beneficial. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will be working in a very fast-paced manufacturing location that also serves as the corporate headquarters. The role requires standing for the entire shift and the ability to carry essential items such as a clear bag, calculator, knife, swipe card, and pen. Lockers are provided on the first day for personal belongings. The third shift is smaller and quieter, requiring a high level of independence with minimal supervision. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oak Brook, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.19 - $19.34/hr.
