**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Packer on the production line, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our food products are efficiently packaged and prepared for shipment to facilities in Madison, Dubuque, IA, and Rockford. You will be responsible for palletizing totes, disposing of cardboard, and maintaining a clean and sanitized production floor. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage inventory will be essential as you contribute to our operational success. **Responsibilities** + Package food products for distribution to multiple facilities. + Palletize totes and dispose of cardboard waste. + Maintain cleanliness and sanitation on the production floor. + Ensure inventory tracking and management. + Minimize computer usage throughout daily tasks. **Essential Skills** + High attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to lift and move items weighing over 40 pounds. + Basic math skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in packaging, inventory management, picking, loading, and production. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k plan with a 3% match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and 11 paid holidays. Slip-resistant shoes are required due to working with food and beverages, and high-visibility shirts are necessary for safety amidst fork truck operations. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
