Job Description
As a Packer, you will play a vital role in our production environment, working across various tasks and areas. You will make adjustments to machines based on the product and packaging size, handle package weights ranging from 5 lbs to 2000 lbs totes, and ensure every package is barcoded for traceability. You will also use computers to create labels, manually stack bags onto pallets, and dump totes of raw products into mills. The role requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment
Work hours are from Monday to Wednesday and every other Sunday, 5pm to 5:30am. On the first day, arrive 15-30 minutes early for uniform fitting and check-in. The dress code includes non-slip shoes, provided uniforms, masks, and hairnets.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
