**Job Title: Packer** **Job Description** This position involves working at the Elk Grove Village facility, where candidates will rotate between three packing roles each day alongside a team of other packers. The first role involves opening and preparing boxes for the second packer. The second packer will load ink cartridges into the boxes for customers. The third packer will label and seal the boxes, then place them onto pallets until they are full. This position requires standing for 8 hours a day and maintaining pace with the production line. **Responsibilities** + Prepare boxes for packing. + Load ink cartridges into boxes. + Label, seal, and palletize boxes. + Maintain a fast pace to keep up with the production line. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Ability to work at a fast pace. + Consistently lift 50 lbs. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in inks or chemical environments is a plus. + Experience as a batch mixer, loader, assembler, or inventory handler. + Familiarity with RF scanners, skid packaging, and pallet jacks. **Why Work Here?** This facility offers a clean and temperature-controlled environment, typically free from concerns for candidates working there.
